A Firstly, our QC department will do strict examination of our export products before shipping. If there is a real quality problem caused by us, contact us we will give you a satisfactory reply immediately by resending you goods or refund.

Q Which ways you send the goods, how long will it take?
A Depends on your location.
If by air, it’s ranging from 3~7 work days by DHL, TNT, EMS etc.
If by sea, it’s ranging from 5~30 days.

Q Can I get your samples first before I place order? Free or charge?
A Yes. The cost depends on different product. Most of our samples are free but need you bear freight cost.

Q What’s your MOQ?
A Mostly our MOQ is 1kg, for some high-priced type, can also sold like 500G.
